I decided to test InMotion’s support services, with real, one-on-one interactions.

I actually made my first support request when I was setting up an account. It took me a while to receive the call and welcome email. This means I cannot access my hosting, even though I have to pay. I received a welcome email a few hours later, but still no calls were made to activate the service. Therefore, I decided to call them.
I had to go through a short dial menu and hold for about 40 seconds. Later, I was connected to a friendly support staff named Kaecy. Turns out the reason why I never received the original call was because I was in another country.
The friendliness of Kaecy helped me have a pleasant phone call. This employee has provided me with the necessary information without taking too much of my time.
Live chat support
I have also contacted InMotion multiple times through the live chat feature. It may take a while to get a response if you contact them during peak hours. There were one or two cases where I had to wait for more than half an hour. I have never received support in less than five minutes.
When I was connected, the support staff was always friendly, sociable and helpful. Every employee I spoke to excelled at helping me solve my problems.
If you miss the session because you leave the computer or end it soon, they will email you to apologize for any frustration and let you know why your session ended. I expected to receive feedback faster, but those are all good contacts.

To try out the card support system, I opened a card to ask how I can set up Cloudflare’s CDN. I sent it around noon EST, so I expect to receive a response shortly. And finally, I received an email after 25 minutes. This is not the shortest response time, but better than the average.
